## GHL/system offer (USD)
- GHL/system build fee: $0 (free).
- Separate one-time fee: $150.
- Monthly retainer: $139.
- Includes the CRM foundation, pipelines, forms, booking, follow-up, missed-call text-back, testing, handover and agreed system care.
- Websites, apps, portals, AI features and video outside this scope are separately quoted.
- Standard GHL/system builds retain the 24-hour guarantee, counted from kickoff with logins, details and agreed scope; otherwise the first three months of service are free.

- Client portal package: $799 one-time for up to 50 client portals, plus a $139/month retainer. Client/admin experience and access roles confirmed in scope.
- Extra automation: $199 for five workflows, available after GHL/system setup is complete.
- Funnels and landing pages: first funnel free; each additional funnel $159. Full websites quoted separately.
- Custom 60-second animation: $799 each. Other lengths and video types quoted separately.
- Ongoing care and development: $139/month retainer within the agreed scope.

- Bangkok Plus Size OOTD: live-selling system with a shopper app, catalogue and staff portal, run by an 11-agent AI team (team lead, catalogue, live prep, marketing, live assistant, orders, cargo, Messenger care, reels, TikTok, AI studio).
- Lead crawler with outreach: finds family-office investors in public SEC filings, scores them 0–100, exports 500 CRM-ready leads a month, and feeds email, SMS (after consent), LinkedIn (human-sent) and newsletter outreach.
- Capital-raising stack for a land developer: website, cinematic investor presentation with a 3D site model, investor portal, Facebook & Instagram campaign, GoHighLevel CRM.

Engineering Loop’s dedicated page presents the actual frontend from the supplied source ZIP: a knowledge workspace, blueprint library, staged pipeline and governance simulations. Model responses, integration status, action records and failure-test results are simulated; no live CRM, SharePoint, database or model API is connected. Screenshots show the actual prototype.

The Engineering Loop hero includes an interactive, browser-only POS reuse simulation adapted from the supplied repo: Company A builds a shared core, Company B extends it for split payments, and Company C reuses it with separate settings. A human-review checkpoint pauses playback. No real software is generated or deployed by the simulation.
